Background

Ranvir is a Solicitor in the Commercial Department with experience in property litigation, commercial litigation and general commercial matters.

Ranvir regularly advises private individuals, companies and high net worth clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, with a particular focus on property-related disputes. He has experience assisting clients in relation to landlord and tenant issues, possession and forfeiture, leases/tenancies and wider commercial disputes.

In addition to litigation and commercial work, Ranvir also assists and advises on a range of commercial property matters and transactional property work, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements/deeds and ensuring proceed smoothly.

Ranvir works closely with clients across a variety of sectors and is accustomed to providing practical, commercially focused advice in often sensitive and high-value matters.

Education

Ranvir read Law at University and attained upper second-class honours. Following this he completed the Solicitors Qualifying Exams, placing in the top quintile of applicants. During this time, he also completed his Master’s degree (LLM) in law.

Outside Interests

Ranvir enjoys watching and playing sports in his spare time such as football, cricket and  boxing.
