Commercial Property, including Landlord and Tenant and licensing transactions including working in house for property development companies on acquisitions sales development and management of properties and sites

Background

Gemma has worked both in-house for various property companies and in private practice giving her a unique perspective of being able to see transactions from all sides and understand what is required to help transactions to complete and Gemma brings all this knowledge and experience to her work

Outside Activities

In her spare time, Gemma volunteers at a Legal Advice Centre which provides advice for people who would otherwise not have access to help. She is also a keen singer and a member of a choir.
