Dalia is an Associate with experience in Commercial, Employment and Litigation matters.

Dalia routinely advises private limited companies and charities as well as private individuals including directors, shareholders, and senior management. Clients have come from a range of industries including professional services, retail, property, art, hospitality.

She is regularly involved in commercial disputes (e.g. debt and property), as well as corporate transactions (e.g. company sale/acquisition) and has experience in drafting and reviewing company documents such as board minutes, resolutions, articles of associations.

Dalia has a particular interest in intellectual property law and has advised on IP protection and enforcement in respect of trademark, passing off and copyright infringement.
