Residential Property, specialising in the sale, purchase and financing of all types of residential property including houses, flats and development sites for both individuals and Companies.

Commercial Property, including Landlord and Tenant and licensing transactions.

Gillian regularly acts for property investors and developers as well as individuals providing advice and assistance in their private and business affairs.

Background

Gillian White, Partner, read English, History and Politics at Exeter and was admitted in 1988. As well as residential conveyancing, she also has many commercial clients, including acting in the purchase of land for development.

Before joining us as a Partner, Gillian was a Partner for 27 years at White & Co.

Outside Activities

Gillian is a Trustee of a Legal Advice Centre which provides advice for people who would otherwise not have access to help. She also enjoys walking her dogs and entertaining family and friends and watching the occasional football match with her Arsenal supporting children so she now more or less understands the off side rule.
