Non-Molestation Orders

A Non-Molestation Order prevents an individual from threatening or using violence against another individual, threatening violence towards a child or molesting an individual in any way.

Molestation can include intimidation, pestering, harassment or threats.

Occupation Orders

An occupation order determines who should and who should not live in the family home. The granting of an order is reliant on the relationship of the parties and their individual rights to occupy the family home. An occupation order can also exclude an individual
